| The NSPCC Milton Keynes Half Marathon Committee
would like to thank the many organisations, businesses,
groups and individuals who have given their support to
this event, including: |

| The 2008 10th Anniversary Half Marathon was another great success. The weather conditions were excellent and almost 1,500 runners entered.
| The overall male winner was Marcin Fudaley with a time of 1:11:24, some 6 minutes outside the course record of 1:05:20 set 2 years ago.
| The overall female winner was GB Athlete Liz Yelling with a new record time of 1:11:33, some 2 minutes inside her own previous record. Liz used the Half Marathon as her final training run ahead of the Beijing Olympics.
| The 2008 event raised over £45,000 taking the total funds raised for the NSPCC above £260,000 over the past 10 years.
| This year, as an inducement to gain sponsorship, Kimbells Solicitors, sponsors of the Team Challenge, have arranged a prize for the team raising the most money for the NSPCC. This will be a free meal for up to 8 people at Las Iguanas in the Hub, Central Milton Keynes.
