Whether you are a serious athlete seeking a personal best, attempting a half marathon for the first time or joining friends or work colleagues in the Team Challenge, the NSPCC Milton Keynes Half Marathon is the event for you. Held in July each year, the race starts at Bury Lawn School, Stantonbury, and takes place along the scenic route of the redway paths and the Grand Union Canal.
The course is generally flat and offers an excellent opportunity for personal best times. The NSPCC Milton Keynes Half Marathon is now recognised as being one of the most rewarding and well organised in the UK, offering excellent facilities where everyone is made to feel welcome and have fun. Age and ability are no barriers to taking part.
The NSPCC Milton Keynes Half Marathon is organised entirely by the following Committee of volunteers which operates as a 'branch' within the NSPCC's national fundraising structure:-

The Committee is grateful for the support it receives from the many volunteers required to ensure the event is successful, particularly race marshals, refreshment providers and other helpers on the day. The event could not take place without this support.
Thank you also to the administration and marketing support provided through the NSPCC's central and regional appeals offices.
